Biography:
Sarah Rabenhertz is a versatile artist distinguished by her unique combination of biomechanical mythologies and various media. Her works reflect a profound engagement with human nature and its technological environment.
After studying at the University of Wuppertal and a formative study stay in India, she developed a broad range of artistic techniques, from traditional media such as acrylic and charcoal to digital art. Since 2018, she has been actively working on her art and incorporates influences from HR Giger and Luis Royo in her works.

My works explore the symbiosis between humans and machines and the resulting new mythologies. We live in an ever changing world that is massively shaped by technological progress. It changes our human lives profoundly. What, however, does it do to our souls? In my art I explore mind spaces that are created at the nexus of the human soul and our often machinistic human lives. Welcome to the void – the realm, where psychology, fantasy, sci-fi, gothic and horror merge.
